At Origo Solutions, the health and safety of our employees and customers is something we take seriously and is our top priority. We have a shared responsibility to ensure that no one is exposed to unnecessary risk.

Origo Solutions follows the requirements from the Norwegian institute of Public Health and which are updated daily. As a result of this, we ask our employees, customers, partners and suppliers to adhere to the following requirements, applicable for all Origo Solutions’ locations:

No work in, or business visits to, our locations within 14 days after all close contact with confirmed Covid-19 patients.
In addition, partners and suppliers are expected to follow guidelines from WHO and/or relevant National Health Authorities.

The outbreak of the coronavirus is, for us, like everyone else, an unforeseen event that we have not been able to prevent or have the opportunity to gain control over in the short term. At the same time, we do our utmost to maintain our obligations to customers and partners. Most of our employees have the opportunity to perform their tasks from home, and we have customized our IT infrastructure and processes so that we can best handle daily tasks.

We sincerely ask for your understanding of the situation we are all in, and hope that both parties can work closely to resolve this extraordinary situation in the best possible way for our customers.
