Flame detectors

• FS24X Plus (Honeywell): Triple infrared flame detector for hazardous areas, offshore installations and process plants. Key features: Compares three infrared bands and flame flicker to reject rain, fog and hot surfaces; Hydrocarbon and hydrogen fires; Event log and FirePics video capture; 4-20 mA, relays, HART and Modbus.
• FS20X Plus (Honeywell): UV and triple infrared flame detector with the broadest fuel coverage in the range. Key features: Hydrocarbon and hydrogen fires, plus silane, syngas and acetylene; Wide oval field of view; Calibration-free with window clarity diagnostics; Replaceable electro-optical module.
• FSL100 series (Honeywell): Compact UV, UV/IR and IR3 flame detectors for light industrial and commercial sites. Key features: Three versions: FSL100-UV, FSL100-UVIR and FSL100-IR3; Immune to sunlight, lamps and electrical arcs; 4-20 mA plus alarm and fault relays; Continuous health monitoring.

Level and flow

• Level Transmitters (Honeywell): Radar and ultrasonic level measurement for reactor tanks, storage tanks and separators. Key features: Radar and ultrasonic technologies; Precise, continuous level monitoring; Certified for hazardous areas.

Wireless and IoT

• OneWireless Field Instruments (Honeywell): Wireless field instruments on a multiprotocol OneWireless network. Key features: WirelessHART, ISA100 Wireless and LoRaWAN on one network; Field device access points and wireless device manager; Integration with the process control network.
• Versatilis Signal Scout (HVSS) (Honeywell): Smart methane leak detector using microelectronic spectroscopy for rapid and accurate emission monitoring. Key features: Rapid and accurate methane measurement; LoRaWAN wireless connectivity; Supports methane emission monitoring under EU Regulation 2024/1787.
• Versatilis Transmitter (EHM) (Honeywell): Wireless transmitter for condition-based monitoring of motors, compressors, pumps, blowers and mixers. Key features: Vibration monitoring over LoRaWAN; Configuration via Bluetooth mobile app; Integration with Experion EHM/APM or third-party analytics via OPC UA; Helps reduce maintenance costs and unplanned downtime.
• Versatilis Process Pressure and Temperature (HVPP) (Honeywell): Integrated pressure and temperature sensor for non-instrumented process applications. Key features: Reduces manual checks and field visits; LoRaWAN wireless connectivity; Lower operating costs.

Gas detectors

• Sensepoint XCD (Honeywell): Flameproof gas detector for flammable gas, toxic gas and oxygen, with plug-in sensors and a tri-color backlit display. Key features: Catalytic, infrared or electrochemical sensor in the same housing; Flammable gas, CO2, O2, H2S, CO, H2 and NO2; 4-20 mA, three relays and Modbus; Remote sensor mounting up to 30 m.
• Sensepoint XRL (Honeywell): Flameproof point detector that is set up, calibrated and bump tested from a phone over Bluetooth. Key features: One-person calibration without removing the cover; Combustible gas, O2, CO, H2 and H2S; 4-20 mA or Modbus; Five-color status light.
• Sensepoint XCL (Honeywell): Compact gas detector for indoor, non-hazardous areas such as plant rooms, car parks and kitchens. Key features: CO2, CO, flammable gas, H2S, NH3, NO2, H2 and O2; 4-20 mA or Modbus, optional relay; Configuration via Bluetooth app; Not certified for explosive atmospheres.
• Searchpoint Optima Plus (Honeywell): Infrared point detector for flammable hydrocarbons that cannot be poisoned and works without oxygen. Key features: 0-100 %LEL with fast response to methane; Reports a fault rather than a false zero if the optics fail; 316 stainless steel with heated optics; 4-20 mA, HART and Modbus via XNX.
• Searchline Excel Plus and Excel Edge (Honeywell): Open path infrared gas detectors that measure gas along the entire beam, for process areas and perimeter monitoring. Key features: Excel Plus for 2 to 120 m, Excel Edge for 60 to 330 m; Methane through pentane, plus ethylene and propylene; Unaffected by fog, rain, sunlight and welding; Bluetooth commissioning and alignment diagnostics.
• Searchzone Sonik (Honeywell): Ultrasonic gas leak detector that hears a pressurized release instead of waiting for the gas cloud to reach a detector. Key features: Alarm in about one second; Unaffected by wind direction and dilution; Coverage radius depends on background noise; 4-20 mA, HART, Modbus, relays and Bluetooth.
• RAEGuard 2 PID (Honeywell): Fixed photo-ionization detector for VOC vapors, reading down to ppb levels. Key features: Detects VOCs that an LEL detector cannot see; Measuring ranges from 0.01 to 1000 ppm; 4-20 mA, RS-485 Modbus and three relays; Does not detect methane.
• Midas (Honeywell): Extractive gas detector that draws a sample to a detector in a safe, accessible location. Key features: Sampling through tubing up to 30 m; More than 35 gases on pre-calibrated cartridges; Modbus, 4-20 mA and relays; Not Ex rated, for installation in safe areas.
• XNX Universal Transmitter (Honeywell): One transmitter for every Honeywell gas sensor type, SIL 2 certified. Key features: Electrochemical, catalytic and infrared sensors; 4-20 mA with HART, relays, Modbus RTU or Foundation Fieldbus; Configuration without a hot-work permit; SIL 2 to IEC 61508.
• OmniPoint (Honeywell): Multi-sensor gas detection platform with up to three sensors in one transmitter. Key features: Toxic, oxygen and flammable gas in one unit and one cable run; Full-color display with status light ring; Intelligent plug-in cartridges and optional Bluetooth app; 4-20 mA, relays, HART and Modbus.
• Optima Excel Local Display (OELD) (Honeywell): Local display accessory that brings status and Bluetooth down to ground level. Key features: For Searchpoint Optima Plus and Searchline Excel; Traffic-light status and live reading; One-person calibration at ground level.

Pressure and temperature

• SmartLine Pressure Transmitters (Honeywell): High-precision pressure transmitters on a robust, modular platform. Key features: Stable measurement over the lifetime of the instrument; Universal terminals and fast commissioning; Seamless integration with Experion PKS/HS; Maintenance mode indication and tamper alerts.

Controllers

• Touchpoint Plus (Honeywell): Wall-mounted touchscreen gas detection controller for small systems. Key features: 8 channels, expandable to 16; mA transmitters and mV catalytic sensors; Relays, repeated mA outputs, Modbus RTU and TCP; SIL 2 to IEC 61508.
• Touchpoint Pro (Honeywell): Modular gas detection controller that grows with the plant. Key features: Up to 64 inputs and 128 outputs; Centralized, distributed or mixed I/O to reduce cabling; Wall, rack or floor cabinet mounting; SIL 2.
• WIPS Wireless Gas Detection System (Origo Solutions): SIL 2 wireless gas detection system that only requires a 230 VAC power supply. Key features: Control unit with HMI, gateway, access points and wireless detectors; Configured and tested before delivery; Zone 1 approved access points; SIL 2 relays for connection to on-site SIS.
